Introduction

On Sunday, May 31, 2009 Carol Downer and Aracely Hernandez hosted a successful self-vaginal exam demonstration. While much preparation was involved, the overall emphasis of the day was to share in the experience and history of the self-help movement.

Laura Brown assisted in leading and demonstrating the conversation and self-help.
